Tracey is a psychotherapist who works with adult individuals (18 years old and older) and couples. She has experience assisting clients with: relationship issues, loneliness, self–esteem, effective communication, loss, grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD, decision making, parenting issues, problem solving, career guidance and life changes.
Education:
Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology, Regis University, Denver, CO.
Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications, Temple University, Philadelphia, PA.
Additional Training:
Tracey received extensive training on depression and other mood disorders as well as psychotropic medicines from corporate pharmaceutical training programs and national psychiatric thought leaders. She completed a preceptorship on mood disorders at the Medical University of South Carolina – Institute of Psychiatry as well as workshops in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), couples counseling, mindfulness training, body centered therapies, and group process.
